Earlier this year we featured our U.S.-based customer service and support team so it’s only fair to spotlight a few members of our L.A. Turbine-Europe team. Based in Belgium, the L.A. Turbine-Europe (LAT-E) sales and service center works with clients from Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Service center support includes turboexpander evaluations, troubleshooting, overhaul and spare parts repairs and reverse engineering for all makes and models of turboexpanders worldwide. Order Received For AMB Turboexpander Units for Ethylene Plant
L.A. Turbine has been awarded an order to design and manufacture two active magnetic bearing (AMB) turboexpander machines plus one spare mechanical center section (MCS) for installation at a U.S.-based ethylene processing facility. The AMB units with a common seal gas system are mounted on an L.A. Turbine L3000 single skid frame and perform two-stage ethylene processing within the plant. L.A. Turbine is also responsible for the commissioning of the equipment. Read more about our magnetic bearings expertise here.

Where did the lazy days of summer go? Labor Day is around the corner (Monday, September 1st) and for many in the U.S., this holiday marks the end of summer. Schools are back in session, vacation season has passed, and for some, much cooler temperatures are in the forecast.
