Layout Design (Structural)


As an integral part of the core design, layout design provides the actual component definition and stack-up modeling of every internal turboexpander component and provides detailed drawings needed by manufacturing personnel. Once finalized, the design goes to manufacturing and fabrication, where experienced specialists hand-build the structure, piping and tubing, place the larger components such the cooler, reservoir, pumps, filters, valves, and assemble conduit and junction boxes for the electrical system.
